Every ShalePro employee has the authority, and the expectation, to stop any task they believe presents an unsafe condition or unsafe act. No employee will be disciplined for stopping work in the interest of safety.

All incidents, injuries, property damage events, and near misses are reported promptly. Each event is investigated to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and share lessons learned across the organization to prevent recurrence.

Yes. Employees participate in regular safety meetings, tailgate talks, and toolbox discussions to review work activities, discuss hazards, and share lessons learned. ShalePro conducts quarterly companywide safety meetings reviewing incident, near miss, and safety observation data, trends, and focus points for the upcoming quarter, and reinforcing safe work practices. Weekly safety topics are distributed companywide.

Employees are encouraged to immediately report safety concerns to their supervisor, safety representative, or project management. Concerns may also be raised through our safety observation and near-miss reporting process. Every report is reviewed, and corrective actions are taken when necessary.
