About ShalePro

One turnkey partner across energy and industrial work.

ShalePro Energy Services is an energy and industrial services company that operates, maintains, and builds critical infrastructure, headquartered near Pittsburgh in Houston, Pennsylvania. Our construction teams deliver mechanical construction, industrial painting and insulation, heavy pipe fabrication and welding, helical pile installation, and civil construction. Our operations and maintenance teams cover well tending, compressor services, pipeline operations, and pigging operations. We serve oil & natural gas, power generation, data centers, and industrial clients across the Appalachian Basin from New York to Tennessee and nationwide. With almost 300 employees, three decades of experience, and a disciplined, leading-indicator safety culture, ShalePro delivers safely, on time, and on budget.

ShalePro was built by combining established field operators into one accountable company. That history is why a single team can perform operations and maintenance, mechanical and civil construction, fabrication, and helical pile foundations in-house, without handing your project to subcontractors.

Is ShalePro a single-source contractor?

Yes. ShalePro performs operations and maintenance, mechanical and civil construction, fabrication, and helical pile foundations in-house, so clients work with one accountable team from site preparation through long-term maintenance.

How large is ShalePro?

ShalePro employs roughly 300 people across seven locations in four states, manages more than 2,000 wells, and operates hundreds of compressors and pipeline networks across the Appalachian Basin from New York to Tennessee.
